Prices On The Way Up In Vail

In 2006, the average Vail Valley Condo sales price climbed 21% to $884,164. Properties priced over $2 million were 10% of the transactions and 39% of total sales volumes.

Cordillera had a 37% increase in sales volumes over 2005, after having been designated the top residential golf community in Colorado.

The average Eagle County prices in 2006 were $1,210,790 for a single family home, $822,364 for a multi-family home, and $434,989 for vacant land.

The Nest Egg Index ranks the top 500 communities in the USA based on residents’ savings and investing behaviors. Edwards, home to Cordillera, ranked number 10. Edwards was selected in another 2006 study as the number 7 best small town in America.
