Boardwalk on Smith Lake

Condos and Resorts .com has been selected as the marketing engine for the new Smith Lake community, Boardwalk on Smith Lake. Boardwalk is the development of 10fold Development based out of Huntsville Alabama. I spoke briefly with one of the partners, Sandra Echols, and she indicated this will not be the only development they build on Smith Lake.

As with Emerald Point on Smith Lake, Boardwalk wanted fast placement in the search engines to drive leads. They have a small window of time to achieve the presells before seeking financing. Angela Treadway of Privett and Associates Realty has been added to the list of partners and will be creating the marketing strategy.

We would like to welcome the 10fold Development team into the Condos and Resorts family of Condos projects. In a few days the website will be complete and more information will be posted here.

Emerald Pointe on Douglas Lake

I mentioned somewhere around a month back the two projects with same name. Well it is almost the same name. The new Emerald Pointe condos development project is spelled pointe. The other project is without the 'e'. The earlier added Emerald Point condo project is on Smith Lake in Alabama. The most recent added real estate development is on Douglas Lake in east Tennessee.

Angela Treadway is the owner and developer of the Douglas lakefront real estate. Angela is also the owner of Privett Associates realty based in Seveirville Tennessee at the edge of The Great Smoky mountains National park and borders Pigeon Forge. She has been instrumental in many projects in the east Tennessee region such as: River Crossing Resort, Emerald Creek Resort, Resort at Governors Crossing, Appleview River Resort, Majestic Meadows, Shiloh Springs on Cherokee Lake, and The Boardwalk on Cherokee Lake.

New Advertising Sales Approach

In light of the previous post this evening I have made a decision to specifically go after all types resort projects across the country. I will build the page, get it ranking and producing leads. If I do not have a customer for the newly added and ranked project I will auction the advertising to the highest bidder. Many of these new projects will not have a real estate professional receiving the leads. The winner of the auction receives the leads for free. This will be highly marketable to real estate professionals who want the leads. All the details have not been worked out at this point. So, continue to check back on Condos and Resorts.com.

Lost at SEA - Test Results

We have been running a test for a couple of weeks for the new Emerald Point on Smith Lake condominium project. This test was mentioned in an earlier post. As mentioned in the previous entry, it is extremely difficult to take a new real estate customer and get them ranked in the SE's. If it is a low searched term it is fairly easy. However, many of my customers are marketing condos projects in a short period of time. Usually two to six months. With an SEO project we are just really getting a good start in that amount of time. So, we decided to take a different approach. We wanted to build what we call project sites under the umbrella of Condos and Resorts.com. These new projects could rank within a couple of weeks just due to the power of the CondosandResorts site. This is exactly what happened with the new Emerald Point project site. We built it just over two weeks ago. It is No1 for "Emerald Point on Smith Lake" in Yahoo and Google. I know it is ranking for the specific name which should be fairly easy to obtain but it can also be found for "Smith Lake Condos". To me this is a great success. We can now take a new project and have it ranking for its area and project name in a short time. I believe we can take most projects and collapse the time from from an average of 4 months down to 3 weeks. If we get to the project early enough we may have the project ranking before the advertising company can complete the brochures and before the presales begin. What an awesome tool for developers and realtors.

Smoky Mountains Real Estate.com has a new look

Turby Treadway and I have just completed his new look for his website. He is targeting Pigeon Forge TN Real Estate. We have assisted Turby on several condos projects including: Appleview River Resort, River Crossing Resort, Emerald Creek Resort all in Sevierville Tennessee. We are also assisting Turby and Angela Treadway with the marketing of Emerald Valley Estates located on Smith Lake in Alabama. Turby has been a member of the CondosandResorts network for two years.

River Crossing Resort - Sevierville Tennessee

Angela Treadway a marketing partner of CondosandResorts has just notified us she will be assisting with the marketing of River Crossing Resort in Sevierville Tennessee. If you haven't heard much about Sevierville, it the upcoming growing portion of the Tennessee Smoky Mountains. Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge are both running out of room for expansion. Pigeon Forge borders Sevierville on one side. Sevierville has room to grow in three directions and is the county seat for the county containing Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. We will be assisting Angela in the marketing of this new project. More details to come soon.

Boardwalk on Smith Lake

This week we have been in discussions with several project developers and real estate agencies about new projects to be launched. One development really caught my attention. A primary residence community on Smith Lake named Boardwalk. It will be a high-end lakefront gated community with unbelievable amenities. Boardwalk on Smith Lake is being developed to cater to those seeking private lakeside life. The gereral type of properties will be single family residence, townhomes, and single story condos.

Pearl Web Marketing a real estate web design and SEO company has been requested to build the first draft of the logo. The first draft is unbelievable a second different version is also being developed.

If Pearl Web Marketing (via) CondosandResorts.com gets the project Jan Chilton of Myrtle Beach Web Design will be providing additional SEO consulation on the project.

Here is the update on the new Condo Project we have accepted on Smith lake.
This is a brand new site. We have placed it as a subsite of CondosandResorts.com.
Emerald Point is a really nice addition to our network and has a really classy look.
With our ability to go after the search engine market these page should be ranking
