Huntsville Real Estate

Thought I would spend a few minutes and give an update on the progress of getting my Alabama Real Estate License.

I have just completed the real estate course test. This is an interesting story. I go to the library and they proctor the online test for me. On question 15 of 100 the library experiences some type of internet problem and it won't let me proceed. The system locks me out of the test and 1 of 3 possible online tests is now gone.

I start over but on test number 2 this time. I get on question 78 of 100 and experience the same problem. I tell the library staff that I am ready to go try a different location with a different proctor. I asked them to call Real Estate Express to see what we can do. Real Estate Express resets test number 2 the last question I had answered. Yay, I get to start back at question 78. Then when I get my grade I fail test number 2, with a 68% of a minimum 70%. I had missed 32 questions. Now I was posed with a dilemna. Do I go home and study more or do I move on to test number 3. I chose to move onto test number 3. What should have been a 1 hour test was a 3 hour nightmare but we made it.

Now I am ready to schedule the actual state exam. When I get that behind me I can chose a broker and begin selling Huntsville Homes for sale.

Real Estate Marketing

Angela Treadway, owner of Privett and Associates Realty, has been a customer and strategic partner of Pearl Web Marketing for at least four years. Privett and Associates is naturally evolving into a real estate marketing and advertising firm. They have a real niche for working with developers on lakefront property and condos' projects; can handle all the aspects of the advertising and marketing process. Her personal sales experience and managing her own business has been a great teacher for Angela.

Currently we are partnering up on several major developments in Tennessee and Alabama. We will be adding me to the sales force in northern Alabama. We plan to team up and use the web marketing expertise of Pearl Web Marketing and the services of Privett and Associates Realty to make an unbelievable team. We will primarily be working under the umbrella of Privett and Associates Marketing. Condos and Resorts will be a marketing service offered under that umbrella. Huntsville Alabama Real Estate

We are continuing our test by building title specific real estate pages for ranking. We have agreed to advertise new home construction in Huntsville, Madison and East Limeston Alabama. We have been approached by Covenant Homes, Inc for advertising and marketing.

Since, I have decided to become a real estate agent and Huntsville will be my primary market this is a welcomed opportunity. We will be attempting to produce sales for three developments: Seven Pines, Chadwick Point, and Wellington Trace.
