Duncan Bridge Resort is a 10 story high-rise
condos
project being built in Walker County at Smith Lake
on the old grounds of a children's summer camp. The
project broke ground earlier this year. The Central
Alabama Boys & Girls Club sold out the almost 50
year old camp. Sixty six acres in all and is
adjacent to the Bank Head National Forest. It is
also near to Jasper Alabama about 12-15 minutes
drive.
Construction Estimates expected to near
$40,000,000 including phase one, pool, fire pits hot
tubs, boat docks, fitness center. There will also be
valet parking, dry boat dock storage and a
restaurant. Phase one will have sixty five units all
three-bedrooms and will have twenty two bedroom
units.
